I contacted BRS to enquire if the office where you apply for the exemption was "wheel chair friendly" they replied that they did not know as the office has moved across the road to a new white building. My understanding was that the office you applied to was the same office that you used to apply for residency before it was done on line, the one opposite the gravel car park.
Can anyone confirm if it is the old office or if it's relocating to a new one, if so can can you advise where, and if possible if it is wheel chair friendly
Thanks

Re: Exemption Again
Sorry Dave G, can't help. When I went last January it was in the same office where you got your residency issued, it could well have changed since then.

Re: Exemption Again
Yes you are correct it’s the building where the gravel car park is ie where we used to do the Residency years ago! I don’t recall it being wheelchair friendly, my recollection is that there are a few stairs before you enter but once in the building it is all in the same level!
Hope this helps?

Re: Exemption Again
There's a wheelchair friendly entrance round the back of the building, which is directly opposite the stair entrance at the front, so you can't go wrong or get lost.
