Can't send Google emails,

I can receive the above but for three days now have not been able to send any emails and the SEND ICON AT THE END OF THE EMAIL HAS VANISHED. I checked Google and the first answer is.

Your Server IP address is possibly on a BLOCK LIST because of a BAD IP REPUTATION OR EMAILS RESEMBLE PHISHING emails. The are just chats and I desperately need to converse with Australia these days.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Are you accessing Gmail from a PC via Google browser or via the Gmail app on your phone?

Both laptop and phone are synced. I've been testing with family and the following appears to be the case. I can REPLY TO AN EMAIL ON BOTH LAPTOP AND PHONE. But I can't initiate an Email on laptop using Google browser.

I have absolutely no idea what I did, but I fiddled and faffed around on my phone and appear to have sorted it. Have tested both laptop and phone and all seems OK. If it goes wrong again , I won't have a clue what to do!!

If the gmail app on your phone ever stops working, you can always open the Chrome browser on your phone and search for GMAIL, then click on Login-Gmail, enter your login details & off you go!
