Googled and this came up several times:

"People also ask
Does Amazon ship to North Cyprus?
AI Overview
Yes, Amazon can deliver to North Cyprus, but it's often complicated due to political status; the best method is usually using a third-party reshipping service (like Angel Wings Transfers) or ordering from Turkish Amazon (Amazon.com.tr) with proper addressing (using "TRNC" and Mersin 10) for a smoother, cheaper process, as direct shipping from US/UK Amazon can be expensive and face customs issues. Also this on Quora- how up-to-date it is!

https://www.quora.com/Does-Amazon-ship- ... ern-Cyprus

"Short answer: Generally no — Amazon’s main marketplaces (Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, etc.) do not ship directly to Northern Cyprus (the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, TRNC) for most sellers and many products. Exceptions exist through third-party sellers who offer international shipping or by using parcel-forwarding services.

Key points and practical options

Why direct shipping is limited
Amazon’s default shipping destinations exclude TRNC because it’s not universally recognized and carriers often lack routings or legal/ customs arrangements.
Individual sellers choose which countries they ship to; many block TRNC or only ship to countries with standard customs procedures.

How to check for a specific item
On the product page, attempt to enter a Northern Cyprus address at checkout. If unavailable the site will display “This item can’t be shipped to your selected address” or won’t accept the address.
Look for sellers who explicitly list “ships internationally” or “ships to Northern Cyprus” in their shipping options.
Workarounds that commonly work

1. Parcel-forwarding services (most reliable)
Register with a forwarding company that provides a UK, EU or Turkish address (examples: Shipito, MyUS, Forward2Me, or local Turkish options). Amazon ships to that address; the forwarder re-sends the parcel to TRNC.
Forwarders charge forwarding fee, international postage, and import/customs handling. Check prohibited items, dimensions/weight limits, and insurance.

2. Turkish addresses
Some users ship to mainland Turkey (where Amazon.tr operates) or to friends/families in Turkey who then forward parcels or bring them across the border. Note customs, duties, and legal considerations for cross-border movement.

3. Third-party sellers on Amazon
Some Marketplace sellers offer direct shipping to TRNC — search multiple sellers on the product page or filter by “international shipping.”

4. Local/region alternatives
Use local marketplaces, retailers, or specialized international shopping services that buy on your behalf and ship to Northern Cyprus.

5. Digital goods and Kindle
Amazon digital content (e.g., Kindle ebooks, Prime Video availability) depends on copyright/geolocation rules and may be available depending on the title and Amazon marketplace. Check the specific product/store page.

Costs and customs
Expect higher shipping costs, longer transit times, import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees. Parcel-forwarders often estimate duties but final charges can vary.
Some carriers or forwarders may require an import license for restricted goods.

Practical checklist before ordering
Verify at checkout whether the Amazon seller accepts your Northern Cyprus address.
If using a forwarder, confirm allowed items, accurate weight/dimensions, insurance, and delivery time estimate.
Factor total landed cost (item + Amazon shipping to forwarder + forwarding fee + international postage + customs/duties).

Summary: Direct shipping from Amazon to Northern Cyprus is usually blocked, but workable solutions include using third-party sellers that ship internationally, routing through Turkey, or most commonly using a reputable parcel-forwarding service."

TBH, I stopped using Amazon even sending to the south as the postal charges often equalled, or were greater than the item. Plus Amazon UK parcels all go through customs in the south and the charge about 30%, take weeks, and not worth it now!

I have used Angel Wings in the South, bought from Amazon Germany to avoid the customs, the package is delivered by TRNC taxi and yes the cost is quite high but if you need something quite urgently it is worth it.

Yes I used Angel Wings once using tracked mail from UK. Great from Norfolk to UK airport. It sat there for 10 days until there was sufficient mail to fly a sack down to Larnaca. It then sat for approx 10 days until South customs were prepared to release it. Angel Wings eventually collected from Larnaca. They in turn would only come up here when they had sufficient stuff to make it worth their while. Eventually somewhere that the A.W. driver knew was arranged, in my case the car park at Ezic Premier in Lapta. I think I had to hand over 30 Euro and was given the padded brown envelope containing a UK bank debit card.
