If it's mainly for tv streaming I recommend https://www.smartdnsproxy.com/ using their smartdns, VPN included been using it for years. Pricing https://www.smartdnsproxy.com/pricing/ 14 day free trial to test it out without entering card details (from memory)

If it's just for occasional use, Windscribe free edition you can get up to 10GB I think, there is also a paid for version and browser apps. https://windscribe.com/
