Yes, there is Kiplet, I think most decent florists deliver. Off hand cannot think of any names but no doubt those that have received some will let you know, especially not long after St valentines day. I have had some delivered over the years but my brain is going !!!.

are you talking about worldwide floral deliveries as in Teleflorist, or local deliveries.?

There are Teleflorist members over here to receive/send floral orders from/to overseas.
If you are asking for local deliveries, your best bet is to find your local florist, explain what you would like and give her
directions to the address you would like them delivered to.
