Malware virus on my laptop

Need computer expert please to fix.
Any recommendations would be most welcome - had someone look at it already and they have not been able to get rid of it.

try downloading malabytes malware program (the trial version is free) but it does work. Hope it all goes well

It is "Malwarebytes", and it is very good.

It cleared a nasty Trojan from my Wife's laptop.

We were so impressed that we bought it, and it is running all the time we are logged on.

Malwarebytes would be my recommendation too.

Although it does work initially, to get it to work fully you need to go into system restore and turn it off before you run the programme other wise it will just come back. It is very complicated to remove fully.
