Question for the mods

Suddenly I am receiving lots of e mails advising of new topics on the forum. If I unsubscribe as advised to stop this will this mean I am no longer able to read and see topics etc. many thanks

That is one fo rsoner and I am looking forward to hearing the answer. I don't get advised of new topics, merely of private messages. So maybe I am misisngout.

Hi Poppy, go to your User Control Panel top left, then click on Board Preferences and check "No" to "Notify me of new new posts" or something like that.

Sorry Soner cannot find anything like that says about notification of new posts. Help

Sorry try clicking on User Control Panel / Board Preferences / Edit Posting Defaults, then on right hand window pane: Check the "No" radio button for "Notify me upon replies by default:"
