Turkish Keyboard is driving me nuts!!!

I've just purchased a Note Pad and I thought I was getting on quite well, with just one or two errors as to what key was what i.e. I've only just found out that the "@" on a Turkish keyboard is "Alt Gr Q" BUT my two Email addresses are not being recognised by Google. They look perfectly fine in the Gmail sign in sections but when I go to Log In, Gmail say they are incorrect Email addresses. I'm wondering whether any of the letters or maybe the fullstop in .com are not being recognized by GoogleMail. Help would be much appreciated because at this rate any minute now its going in the for sale section for TC typists to purchase!!!

It could be your letter i. There are 2 on a Turkish keyboard.......you must use the one with the dot on the top.

I have a Turkish keyboard and when it is switched to English mode @ on the keyboard is hold Shift andpress i (with a dot) onthe keyboard.

Its a PC though, dont know if a Notebook is different.

I also have templates of both the English and Turkish keyboards stuck on the wall, as although all the English letters are in the right place , the symbols differ.

Thanks for that advice, I'll try the i with the dot tomorrow. I really didn't think it would be so much of a problem, although I should have thought about it in advance because I had to get someone to bring a keyboard over from UK last week for the main PC, because I found I couldn't get one anywhere here. RR it would seem that it does differ on a Notepad because I have to use Alt Gr Q

Thanks Metin and RR, it was definitely the i (with a dot) that was causing the problem.
