How about- 'Cafe Crema'
For non-coffee aficionados crema has nothing to do with cream or milk, but is the hallmark of a good quality, well pulled shot of espresso.
As explained in detail here:-

Love it Philoz, but already taken. Köpük (froth) would be the Turkish equivalent of Crema, but without the dots Kopuk would mean something totally different (and even rude). But TC's also call it Kaymak (cream). Still thinking about it.....

Could you anglicize the spelling of cezve to make it pronounceable for Brits and use a collection of Turkish Coffee Pots (some are just so beautiful) as the main them of the decoration?

Soner, I don't know the area, but are you expecting the bulk of your clientele to be TC? If so, then OK.
But if not, why use any Turkish in the title?
How about a little plagiarism, "Coffee World".

Thanks Kibkomers for you input. I am still in negotiating so no hurry to pick a name yet. Will let you know when I have. Didn't think picking a name would be so difficult.

Re: Opening a Coffee Shop in UK
Coffee World Ltd has been taken. This is the problem as there are many companies in UK unlike TRNC where you can use whatever name you like.
No, not targeting Turkish people, but want a name that has not been taken, is memorable, and does not have to relate to coffee, as the word "Coffee" can be added at the end of the name.

Soner - I think you have now thrashed the name thing to death!
Is it going to be a TC coffee house,or more generic i.e. starbucks/costa coffee/cafe nero ect?
The reason I ask is because you were not specific about this, and a lot of the suggestions had a 'TC ' angle to them.
Having worked in marketing for a major UK PLC for 5 years may I respectfully suggest you don't 'cubbyhole' the business to a specific(ethnic) group of people,or style of coffee-you need to be as generic and welcoming as possible to folk of all cultures, races and income groups to maximise your business potential.
That, from what I have seen, would get rid of about 60-70% of suggestions which are very 'TC' orientated.
Next you get rid off the 'Naff' suggestions(like in msg 83 for example ,but there are plenty like that)
That would basically leave the ones I have suggested as far as I can make out .
However you did mention that a couple of good ones had been taken-e.g Barista's (which I thought was superb),and 'Cafe Crema' (another one of mine).
Which leaves you with 'Kaff-Inn' (another one of mine)
To this end I have come up with a brilliant Idea.
Given that TRNC is an unrecognised country internationally, If you crib a name from here then you can't get sued?
So, here are my final suggestions on this weary thread:-

Go with your gut feeling - always the best!
Or maybe a few of these will help

You are correct, but I think I can be forgiven for not reading all new posts once it went over 50+.
But I am sure you can see my point about stereotyping.

Re: Opening a Coffee Shop in UK
posh-not sure why you have quoted my entire post but highlighted some bits?
Why did you not just write the highlighted bits as it looks a bit gibberishy to be honest.
I am sure you know what you were trying to say but uncertain if anyone else will .
I did have a re look at your suggestions, and sadly they fall into the 'Naff' category.
Just lacking in class somehow.
But top marks for trying,It's all good fun don't you think?

Hi philoz, thanks for taking the time to read my suggestions, makes me feel you are a little worried or maybe just competitive
My suggestions may sound naff to you...but its a matter of taste (As they say!) - I am confident Soner has great taste.
As for your suggestions - just a tad dreary methinks
Have to agree with Soner tho - its difficult to come up with a name that hits the spot. I think I have drained all coffee shop names from my memory - so thats all from me.
