Hi PapaBravo,

Thanks for contacting me.

For maintenance/service we charge 50TL per unit, minimum 2 units and this includes travel between Tatlisu and Karsiyaka.

Gas is charged extra and can be up to 50TL if all the gas has been lost from a large unit.

Ref your quote of 50tl per unit - is that per compressor or per a/c units in the house? We have 2 x compressors which each run with 2 x a/c units and also a further single compressor.

These are known as "twin splits" and, as you say, each contain 2 compressors feeding 2 indoor units.
As such they qualify as 2 separate units. Sorry.

For service purposes you sound like you have 5 systems ( 2 x twins, 1 x single)

On Thursday we serviced 10 units at 3 addresses.
Only 1 unit was 100% ok - all the others required repairing/re-gassing.
