I had a bike from Harvey - he looks a bit like Michael Palin and is just as pleasant but with no BAFTA Lifetime Award.
Harvey's bike's are all new, his service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble where bike's are concerned. So if you're adventurous, want to feel the sun and a gentle breeze to cool you, get on a bike.
By the way, some say the roads are dangerous here. I ride in London a lot and know where I prefer to ride and also feel a lot safer. And it's not in Greenwich. No parking problems here on a bike either. John

Where is Harvey's shop?
I would love to buy a big bike out here,as the place is a bikers dream ,other than the fact that a combination of potholes, and the fact that the standard of driving is appalling, all adds up to the fact that on two wheels you probably have a similar life expectancy to WW2 U boat crew.

Hi Philoz,
Harvey's website is : http://www.kyreniamotorent.com and the directions are: From the main "Lefkosia" roundabout follow the signs for Bellapais/ Beylerbeyi. At the next set of traffic lights take a right and continue to the next roundabout, passing Altinkaya Hotel. At the roundabout turn right and you'll find Harvey approx. 100m on the left.
If as you say, "You probably have a similar life expectancy to WW2 U boat crew." but the air on board a bike is much sweeter and you don't have to share a toilet with 20 other sailors.
