I have been in the TRNC for a month now and have, so far, found a dentist, know where to go if need a doctor, used the adverts for future reference, spoke to a nice chap called Aiden when I had a problem with my laptop.
So, well done Kibcom and those that share their knowledge with us newbies.
Now, a question, where and how do you get to Toros the furniture store?

So glad to hear LoveLife that you LoveKibkom too. That should make soners day go with the swing. He puts in a lot of work to this, and so hearing what you have to say is a great reward. Thanks for saying thaat.
Now of course. How do you get to toros? Which Toros.I assume you mean the one in lefkosia in the part known as Deryboyu (not sure that is how one spells it). if so, then up to Lefkosia, past the hospital, on and on, until you get to a set of traffic lights (with oversheads as well) where ifyou turn left you get to the Goverment officces, but if you turn right that takes you to all the shops, coffee bars etc and the big Toros shop is on the left hand side , fairly near to Califorian Restaurant and Gloria jeans.
But someone may be able to give better directions.

Directions to Toros - (Marions instructions aren't quite right).
Drive to Lefkosa and straight over the roundabout. Then you have the hospital (where there are pedestrian lights), over another roundabout and straight through the next set of lights (where you would turn right to get to the Metehan crossing). By the next set of lights you need to be in the right lane and then turn right. Carry on through another set of lights and you are then in the Dereboyu district - the Toros shops (there are 2) are on your left.
Incidentally, if you carry on past Toros and then go straight over at the mini roundabout (whereas the main traffic flow goes left) then you are 200 yards from the UK Embassy.
