Zumba lessons Every Tuesday with Amy Come and get fit and have fun.@ Chesire homes rehabilatation center (bellepais Rd) Starts 2.30pm till 3.30 pm Air conditoned room to keep cool 10 tl per session. Facebook page add Zumba fitness Girne/Kyrenia.

What exactly is zumba please. And what would be suitable clothing?

Zumba is a dance fitness program. Check out You tube and type in zumba and you will see some videos. you can wear shorts leggings t shırt vest top something you can move in.
