I have acquired a cafe in Alsancak & am looking for someone to run it for me as I am away for periods of time. It will be ready to open hopefully in about about a month. The applicant must be legal on the Island so no time waters please!

Could you please clarify as to when you say 'legal' you mean a citizen or are you prepared to get a work permit for someone who requires it. It could help you find the right applicant if you explain a little more. Thanks.

Sorry yes.

Work permits will be applied for and paid for by me for the right applicants. By legal I mean not outstayed the visa, as this happened in a previous newspaper advertisement and I didn't find out until I applied for the permits!

Yes it does clarify and hope that anyone seeking work is aware how important it is to have a current visa of some sort. Maybe people think that if they have overstayed but get a job then it is O.K. But it isn't is it. Thanks for the clarification, and hope you find the right applicant soon.
