A spiritual retreat, with regular classes being held on and off shore
All classes are given by certified Yogi's, Therapist & Teachers
Class itinerary for 28/6/13 includes
Vinyasa Yoga 1 hour class
Meditation class 45 mins
dance for therapy class 45 mins
Angel & Tarot cards guidance
talks around campfire
Evening meal ( fish, chicken, vegeterian meze) drinks excluded

Classes will be held while sailing and meditation will take place on one of the beaches in the Kyrenia peninsula.
