It can take up to two weeks to get a work permit if both sides are happy with the job it can go ahead.

I think the answer was in reference to British and Female. Thats who the boat owners want to employ so I just posted their message for them. If they left it open to all comers its a waste of time on both sides.We are not in the uk where they would not be allowed to say British and female.
