There are lots of apps from google which is easy downloadable for our box , news channels , euro sports , music channels , sport channels and many more , at the bottom i mentioned some channels from filmon app on our box,

alpha.hydrusys.com is working fine it is a subdomain you can not put www. before it , its like gmail which is mail.google.com , if you put www. before it(ex : http://www.mail.google.com) it's not gonna work , it's same in the world , so we should try alpha.hydrusys.com without www. ,

So if filmon stops providing these channels in, lets say, 3 months for whatever reason, are you guaranteeing to accept returns on the boxes? What is the service level guarantee?

As being part of a company who deals IPTV, I always try to avoid getting involved in discussions in related products, but I am at the same time an IT expert and living in Cyprus and I feel responsible I should explain certain things when they are not laid out clearly in front of an 'less technologically oriented' people

1. The item for sale here is an android box (this was clearly stated all over the post and the forum). What is not clear is which make/model you are paying 120USD for. You can get this box or any similar box from the internet / local shops for between 40USD-150USD, such as this one from amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/JUSTOP-Streamer ... ndroid+box . As they are trying to force a specific box for you that you are going to OWN, you are entitled to know a bit more about what you are buying.

2. All the channels mentioned in post 6 is NOT part of their package. They are channels currently available on filmon and these people have no control over which channels are added or removed. If filmon folds tomorrow, there is nothing these people can do for you, except for a guarantee to refund money which they are not (at least not explicitly). With any android box, you can load up filmon app and its FREE of charge.

3. What they are expecting you to pay 50TL/month for seemd to be a collection of movies, apparently they are also adding to their settopbox, either for you to download and watch or just click and stream directly to your box. The problem here is that you dont know what you are paying 50TL for, no list of content, no more information.

The whole fact that a company tries to sell a physical product with no details, advertises a piece of software (filmon) which they do not own, and requiring 6 month contract and asking money for their own service while giving no information about what this service is all about and what it includes does not sound right.

I have mentioned earlier as well, filmon is a very good product but its FREE, and free things do not last forever, you should enjoy it while it lasts, but do not expect too much from it. If it works good for you and you are happy with the content, getting a cheap android box(like the link I provided up) to have it working directly on your TV may also be a good investment.

This system for 50TL/month may be good and what you are looking for, I myself dont have any information on it to make a judgement. I am not saying it is good or bad in any way.

I only feel it is important to know what you are getting and what to expect from it.

For item 1: We are using this box as a connector from our europe based servers to our customer's tv for our projects, our goal is not just seeling these boxes to our customers , our goal is using this box to give our services to people.our special box is different than the link that you shared ,it's like a complete computer which we are selling it with fair price and this is our advantage.

For item 2: We are not charging our customers for the channels , we are getting it free and we are giving them free , filmon is a very powerful ip-tv program which they are working for many years but anyway if it face any problem there are lots of app like filmon for our boxes that it is easy downloadable , and we don't need to guarantee it because we are not selling it. But for the next projects that we are working on it we will provide a service that people can watch many HQ channels from our europe based servers and we will guarantee it because we are the provider of that service.

For item 3: alpha tv is the first product from hydrusys for 50TL monthly, this product is tested and our customers who are using it are happy and they can see the differences of our product , quality of the movies are unbelievable , the interface is easy to use and customers can order movie easily.

So the 50tl a month is for your video vault where you have 1000s of DVDs on demand that do not have to be downloaded and can be streamed direct to your TV through your box.Also you can request a DVD if it is not in your vault and it will be uploaded there within 24 hours,that's great,i imagine the DVD shops will be in the near future with this technology being rolled out.

Also your box has a camera on it and you can use skype on your TV and use the camera to talk to loved ones anywhere in the world !

It basically turns your TV into a computer or smart TV for a fraction of the price.

Now the million dollar question and this is directed to the poster above from Kbasat. As long as your multimax internet speed is good most of the time this iptv android box will be amazing,so hurry up and sort out your speeds so we can all be enjoying World TV all of the time and not just some of the time !
