Hi there, I believe there's a shop called techmar (?) that sells white goods - does anyone know where it is located? thanks for any responses

It is opposite the Lemar in Karakum

You could also check out the shop near the new harbour (just before you go through the gates to the harbour, it's on the left hand side) which is supposed to be good for this sort of thing too.

Yes spot electric by the new harbour are very good a huge shop.
