Is there a bus station in Nicosia after crossing the border? If so does anyone know if there is
a bus that goes to the water park in Ayia Napa. Teenage grand children interested. thanks.

Yes, it's possible, but according to http://cypruspublictransport.cyend.com/buses#nicosia , after crossing at Lokmacı, your grandchildren will need to walk about a mile or so to the bus station at Constanza Bastion - which after turning left at the end of Ledra Street is about half a mile along the old city walls.
According to the web site, both Eman Buses and P.E.A.L Bus Co run buses to Agia Napa from the said location - Personally though I wouldn't trust the scheduled times given on the web site - I would telephone the bus companies - their numbers are (00357) 23721321 and (00357) 23821318 respectively.

I think you'll find you turn RIGHT at the end of Ledra street and the bus station is on your left after about 200m.

You are giving the directions for the Solomou Square bus station, the main station from where buses depart for Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos.TRNCVaughan wrote:I think you'll find you turn RIGHT at the end of Ledra street and the bus station is on your left after about 200m.

Buses going to Ayia Napa, Paralimni and a few other places depart from a location close to the Constanza Bastion, which is as described in post 2 ... though "half a mile from the end of Ledra Street" was a slight exaggeration ... it's more like 1/4 of a mile.

To be on the safe side though, I suggest Maggie or her grandchildren telephone the numbers, as given in post 2 ... because of course the information on the web page (given in post 2) could be out of date.
And Vaughan, I do know my left from my right

Thanks for the info. Has anyone been to the water park at Bafra, is it on a par with
the Acupulco?
