Government Office Opening Hours?

Does anyone know what these are now? I'm particularly interested in Thursdays - they used to open in the afternoon and specifically the cashiers for renewing car tax.

Details from Cyprus Today MON,TUES,WED,and FRI 8.00am till 3.30 pm.THURS 8.00am till 6.00pm with lunch break from 1.00 till 2.00pm.

You will find that those times apply to working hours of the offices and not the Cashiers. usually the Cashiers pack it in around an hour before the closing time but sometimes they may hang on until 3 pm. Depending on what? don't ask! I am trying hard to work that one out - there seems to be no pattern to their madness

Thanks for your replies. I seem to remember being caught out by the cashiers shutting up shop early before - I'll give it a go tomorrow afternoon.
