I have heared there is a newish English clinic can some one tell me were it is situated
I have a friend coming next who needs to visit a clinic twice weekly .

I believe it is opposite the 'Electrokur' shop in Girne.

It's not opposite but as you pass the Elektokur shop on your left you take the next turning left and you can't miss it it's about 50 yds on your left

your friend will be made to feel very welcome, I have had to visit many times and they are lovely people who take time to listen and offer the best possible advice. You will need an appointment as they are very busy.
