Introducing a new act in town - Andrew sings.....

Hi everyone.

My partner Glen and I are vocalists performing under the name of 'Andrew sings.....' and we would just like to introduce ourselves as we are moving to North Cyprus on September 1st to live and work.

We have been performing very successfully in Turkey for the last 4 years, entertaining tourists and ex-pats alike at bars, restaurants, hotels and holiday complexes. However, after a holiday in North Cyprus 2 years ago, we decided that we wanted to make a future move here and this year we have bitten the bullet and here we come !

Our act is purely vocalist with both Glen and I singing solo as well as duets, and our repertoire is very diverse. We do variety shows to suit many tastes and we love nothing more than to get an audience on it's feet dancing the night away. We sing everything from golden oldies and rock 'n' roll from the 50s through to 60s classics, 70s disco and soul, 80s pop, 90s dance and modern day hits. We also do themed nights such as Rat Pack, Tom & Engelbert, Swinging 60s, 70s Nostalgia, Hollywood Night, James Bond Themes amongst others. And we are always pleased to do the occasional charity gig for good causes. In Turkey we are proud to have helped to raise thousand's of TL for local children's charities.

We are registering with All Stars Agency Promotions, a North Cyprus entertainment agency, and hopefully once we get underway with our gigs we will meet many of you out and about in the various venues. We look forward to a warm welcome and hope you enjoy our music.

Andrew & Glen have very kindly agreed to perfom at a fundraising event at The Hut on 19th September in aid of Martin Travis. Barbara Ball & Diane Lewis will be paragliding off the mountain and the party will be to celebrate their achievement! Sponsorship by pledge with the girls or form at the bars.
