I would add 'don't be scared;'. some people say 'I can't write' but look at the fab page that Fatma produced 'unaccustomed as she is to writing a cookery column'. If it is of any help, my old uni professor used to say 'Write the first sentence.... and the rest will follow'. and I know for a fact that the brain does take over. It followsthe lead of that first statement.

if I can be of any help with proof reading (yes, I know I make mistakes too~!!!) or editing etc, am happy to do so. But really try it. Just write that first sentence. You could amaze yourself!
