Mot and emissions tests

Can I get my MOT and emissions test done before the due date or is it the same as the road tax and you have to wait until after that due date.

You have to get this done in the 2 week time frame given depending on your car reg, just type into search MOT DATES and you will see the relevant date for your car

Emissions test must be done on the same day as the MOT.

We did our Emissions test two days before our MOT without any problem. When we last taxed our car (March) the tax office lady wrote on our last MOT the date 10th August for Emissions and 14th August for MOT we did them on the 12th & 14th.
