Does anyone know where I can get my Dyson vacuum cleaner cleaned and serviced. I've taken it apart where I can and cleaned out the filters but I think I've vacuumed up too much builders mess and it's clogged up the "pipes"!!!!!

I thought I'd found someone over a year ago when the electrics went a but wondky, they did a repair of sorts but wasn't successful. . I've been trying for over two years to find someone really qualified but to no avail. If you find someone, please let me know! I was told Tektan could repair just about anything, but with Dysons, I drew a blank

There is the Mr repairman shop in karakum.
All vacuums work pretty much the same way,so if you find someone that can fix one make,he should be able to fix any make.
If you need parts I suggest you get them shipped over ,or get someone to bring them over for you.
I get my Dyson parts here-

http://manchestervacs.co.uk/Dyson/

Also,You can get things like filters and drive belts cheaply on Amazon and e bay

If it's just blocked and depending on the model, you could try carefully getting any blockages from the pipework using a wire coat hanger with the end bent so as not to pierce the flexy pipe, old fashioned curtain wires with the 'O' ring on the end work well if you can find one!
If the motor is running OK it is most likely to be a blockage of some sort.
If you try googling your model number you will probably find out how to fix it yourself, there are lots of 'self fix' videos on you tube.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help. I thought I had it all unblocked but today there was a smell of burning so I think it's time to go to the repairman. Can you tell me where Mr Repairman is in Karakum?!?!?

No problems with getting parts posted out in the past but in this case its something to do with electrics right inside the gubbins. I'll try Tektan again maybe I'll have better luck this time.
