Health foods

Looking for wheat germ and spirolina . I have seen post about health food shops but they are from a long time ago.
I live nr Famagusta but most stores will probably be Girne or Lefkosa I expect. It might be easier for me to go south or mail from UK- any knowledge or advise will be great!?

I've bought spirulina from our local chemist (near alagadi), but the big chemists do have a large range of health foods now - or failing that you could go to Holland and Barrett in the south and get whatever you want. As for getting it from the UK I believe that could be more difficult - as I understand it the pharmacies don't want people importing health foods from the UK, and I have heard a few horror stories of things being taken away as the government does not want the importation. I did buy myself some health foods recently in England and put them in my suitcase - perhaps if you know anyone going over there they could buy them for you - but please try the chemists and then if necessary Holland and Barrett, I'm sure you'll get what you need.

There are two branches that I use. One in Ledra St. And the other one is inside Alphamega just over the Metahan crossing.

We buy Xango juice via Internet.

It has got a lot benefits. I have been taking it for a year and feel a lot better at my age and stopped taking any medication - high blood pressure pills, pain killers etc.
