Have any of you nice ladies had recent experience of Pamper Days at one of the facilities here?

If so where and what was included?

Have used the Acapulco spa for a pampering day. Massage, facial and lunch on one occasion. Turkish foam massage, facial and lunch on another. Both lovely.
Have also used the spa at the golf club for massage and reflexology. Again lovely.
Also used the Colony spa but not impressed. Cramped changing room and tiny treatment room. Not a friendly place, best avoided IMHO!

Cratos Hotel spa ~ very nice

I didn't like the yellow lighting in the Cratos spa all felt a bit claustrophobic to me, was glad to get out.
