Hello Libby. If you look back on Kibkom just a few weeks ago this subject was aired extensively with people explaining their experiences with local shipping companies.
I am currently using Olaytrans and very pleased with their service to date. Others have had bad experiences and I think that Valentines have recently ceased trading.There are several companies to choose from who seem to give good service generally but with the odd hiccup!

I have to agree, people have had good and bad experiences with different companies.

I had appalling service from Olaytrans, but others have experienced good service from the same company.

On balance, I think more people have had good or reasonable service from companies than bad.
