multımax campaıgn
Please can KBasat please make sure the staff in his shop in Kyrenia know the rules about his new campaign. Yesterday we went to renew our yearly subscription and were told by the girl behind the desk we were not entitled to the discount as were old customers !!!!!! My husband joked then, that we may as well not pay our subscription and then rejoin after a few days to get the discount. She got the point.

Re: multımax campaıgn
Our people are very well trained with Multimax ways and it would be very unlikely our staff in Girne would make such a mistake.
Therefore, I have investigated the issue and as always found out that there are at least 2 sides of a story.
'Girl behind the desk' in Girne office has said that when you came in to the office yesterday, she started asking questions and informing you of the campaign based on the false assumption that you were new customers and outside of the campaign area. As soon as she has figured out that you are an existing customers, her stance obviously changed per campaign rules and you were allowed to benefit from campaign.
Its a small misunderstanding as far as I can see, I would not put any blame on anybody.

Another 'lost in not first language'. Kemal, your staff came to upgrade the Bahçeli base station recently. Top guys, a real pleasure to host them.

I went into mm girne office last week, as an existing customer, renewed our subscription using the campaign offer with no problem.

I renewed as an existing MM customer taking advantage of the offer, in and out of the office in 5 minutes, quick and efficient for me, they even wrote the new renewal date on the receipt!

Same for me. Went in, said I wanted to renew subscription which runs out this month. Handed over the printed campaign offer at the same time, with absolutely no problem whatsoever. Must admit that I am a bit in the dark why a printout is required, would rather have been able to show a screenshot on my phone, but, saved me money, so certainly not complaining..

I further agree. Today I renewed a subscription that wasn't due until 31/1/2014. No problem, no confusion - only the usual efficiency and courtesy.
