Re: aqua parks
Would also be interested in location and price of aqua park please. Not expecting USA style aqua park but if anyonre has been and can give a review it would help us decide if "teenage types" would enjoy or whether it would be to take. Help appreciated.

Re: aqua parks
you have got the lapithos in lapta - very run down last year - needed reinvestment - but slides when working are fun - you probably have to pay - 10 tl for kids - 15tl or so for adults.
Inac at the riverside has a small park - ok for little kids - you would pay about 10tl entrance fee to use the pools.
the acapulco - east of kyrenia has a great park and beach - normally about 20tl an adult 10tl a kid...the non motorised watersports are fun there.
then Oscars has some good slides and really fun wave pool with inflatable boats - i think they just charge 10tl each
if the kids are little they normally go free....
have fun!

Re: aqua parks
Libby - Thanks for info - very useful. Can you confirm location of Acapulco as we are at Buffavento Village near Catalkoy ( Near Malpas Hotel). We have probably driven past it but never took any notice as it wasn't our thing!! Directions or where it is near to would be great - we can then pencil this in for the young people.
Many Thanks

Come out of the Malpas turn right on the main road , drive for about 1km , than turn left towards Esentepe & it is the first hotel complex after the army base.
Hope this helps.

Hi RCT,
Thanks for the information. After I had posted and thought for a while (Well most of the afternoon!) I remembered exactly the location - but good to have confirmation.
Cheers everyone for the postings and help.

Also just to add, There is The Simena, it's in Karşıyaka and I think about 10TL entry all ages. They have 3 slides (large) and a large pool, secure baby pool and pool bar.
