Green Hill Cemetery access track.

[The Dog Walker]

I've not seen any other postings about this, but may have missed them. Today I went up, and took a track to the left, about midway between the big new houses and that awful final, bumpy, rocky, grooved left-hand bend. The track I used is not perfect, but far more comfortable than the usual track and leads directly into the main car park, so worth investigating. Not sure if it's there by design or chance, but use it while you can.
