Are the unions up to their tricks again.

For the past few days we have been getting power cuts lasting exactly half an hour, 10.45pm last night, 8.15 pm the night before. I find it hard to believe that a repair for example could be fixed in just 30 minutes. Strange that while there was no Government there were no power cuts but now we have a Government the cuts have started so I guess the union are trying to make a point again, is cutting off the people who have paid their bills the correct way of doing it ?
