Thank you all for your concern. I'm pleased to tell you that Dolly is improving, still very stiff and sore, but has been for a little walk and is eating again.
Such a huge number of people have obviously read the various postings concerning Dolly, but nobody yet has suggested who the owner is, or where the dogs live. The owner/walker is maybe around thirty, tall and slim, with short mousy hair and I think, a neatly trimmed, short beard.
They may live towards Riverside, or in that area East of Old Milos, or, as Marion suggested, may be from the outskirts of Malatia. Any ideas, please phone either 05338595489 or
0392 8212449.

DW, with a description like that someone most know who he is, the trouble being that you need a "whistleblower" and they are not as easy to find as you might think. I'm sure though that now pople know what to look for they will look more carefully at dog walkers in the area described.

I've seen them going up towards Old Milos, then disappearing up the track towards Malatia--but I've also seen them coming down the track, then down the road, before disappearing up one of the side tracks, so it's possible, with 2 large dogs, he may be doing a complete circuit through Incesu, Malatia and Alsancak, and could live anywhere on,or near that route. I've walked quite a bit of it, but have neither seen, nor heard anything likely yet.
