Don't know about the beledeyisi. Tel 0533 8621640 is the tel number of someone we used in Catalkoy.

I have not had occasion to use the service but I'm fairly sure Lapta do provide the service although there maybe a charge. Pop into their office and ask would be my advice.

Lapta Beledye run a cesspit emptying service - last I heard they were charging around 80TL

I went to the Lapta office last week and asked for my tank to be emptied.
They entered my details into their computer and their tanker turned up at 1100 the next morning.
