No need to suffer in silence if you feel you are a prisoner in your own mind a new support group had been set up by Dance teacher & Counsellor Shifan Ozseza to help sufferers who are living with Anxiey & Panic disorders and other Nervous illness' , a Free one hour session will be available every Monday at 10.30am,
Shifan has trained with MIND and is still currently studying Mental health disorders and feels a support group is needed
For the people in TRNC.
Pop in for a chat with others alike and share your experiences. Advice and help will be on offer at the group meetings.
This is a free support group and only a small donation for beverages will be welcome.
