Simple answer you cant , well not at the moment as tablets don't support that format or somethimg like that.
There is a web browser called puffin that has adobe flash player installed but its only a 14day trial then you have to pay but its only about 2 euro. You can download it from the google playstore.

+1 to puffin web browser, works very well and its cheap.

It can be done. The problem is caused because it is not in the Google Playstore. If you go to the Adobe website or Google "Adobe Flash for Android" you will find full instructions and a free download.
