We would like to thank all of you who supported Tulips and donated during ‘Pink October’.

On ‘Pink Friday’ alone you helped raise an unbelievable:

25,625.59TL!!!

Individuals, schools, banks, hairdressers, café’s, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and Belediye’s all took part; there really are too many of you to thank individually but we thank you all for making ‘Pink Friday’ such a huge success, we were absolutely astounded at how many of you took up the challenge and wore pink!

(We would like to say one very special thank you to Jenny and Bill Brown and congratulate them for reaching 40 years of marriage as they celebrated their ruby wedding anniversary and asked all their friends and guests to donate to Tulips in lieu of presents.)

In addition to our ‘Pink Friday’ the following was raised for ‘Pink October’:

3,705.25TL Pink Stalls
265TL Health Checks
1,050TL Jenny & Bill Brown

Total amount raised: 33,065.84TL

We cannot thank you enough, October has been and amazing (if not exhausting) month and we have been overwhelmed with your support.

We will be doing this next year so be warned you will be asked to dress up in pink once more!

Thank you to all the kind comments above.

The idea of the 'Pink Day' event was that everyone joined in and created their own event/collections and so many of you did, far more than we had hoped for for a first event of this kind.

This amount would not have been raised had so many people not got involved in the spirit of the day so we thank all of you for 'putting on your pink' and throwing yourselves into helping us bring Breast Cancer Awareness to the forefront of everyone's mind (and eyes) in this country.
