Electric supply in Lapta in general

Does anyone know why Lapta constantly has power cuts? I'm not talking about today but in general. When I asked the electric office they told me that the lines were being replaced but that is nearly a year ago now. I just wondered if a generator would be a wise move!

We have the same problem in upper Catalkoy far more cuts than any where else locally. Its so annoying to look across to town and see merry lights twinkling and I am in darkness.
