CAT SHOW 30th November/1st December 2013

The 25th Anniversary World Cat Show organised by the Cyprus Cats National Breed Association in conjunction with the World Cat Federation is being held at the Arsinoe Hotel in Limassol at the end of the month. It is easy to get there on the bus from the bus station in Nicosia on an intercity bus and get off at the Limassol Zoo where you will also find the hotel close by.

To get to the Nicosia Bus Station, walk across Ledra to the top of the street T Junction and turn right and you will find the buses (the intercity bus is a comfortable green coach). Here is the link to the time table.

Obviously not everyone's cup of tea, but an interesting day out for those who have an interest in seeing some beautiful cared for cats!

If anyone is going I would love to go. Amhappy to share petrol costs, but I cannot take my car over.

There is a bus to Limassol from the main bus station in Nicosia (just up from Ledra and turn right) at 8.30am and 10.30am at the weekend, and returning at 3.30pm and last bus at 5.30pm. Get off at the Zoo. Arsinoe hotel close by. Bus is not expensive and a very nice bus. If it is full they send another so everyone gets a seat!

Thanks for that. I remember the excellent bus service. When I first was working in Limassol I did not have a car, and trhe buses were excellent and no doubt much betternow.

Unfortunately my timetable has overtaken me and I cannot go. Both days are now full in my diary, which is a shame, because I think it should be a terrific show.

If any Kibkomer going would like to take some pictures and give ma few words, Iwould love to put the story in KibKom Times. Any offers?
