Does anyone know if Harriet and Firat are still trading at Egepen doors windows conservatories etc. as our e mails have been returned and we have 5 years guarantee and we have problems. Thanks

As a very happy customer of Egepen , I find this thread odd, I do know that Harriette, who runs the office is on Maternity leave.
