Looks like the ATM at Supreme Catalkoy will working later today. Security guards are there filling it up and it is being cleaned.

Managed to use it tonight to withdraw Sterling - Euros are also available as well as Lira.

Best used at night the screen is in full sun in the day very difficult to see they should have thought of that.

We have the same problem with ticket machines on many stations in the Munich area. No ticket office,so it can be a nightmare.
