Kudos to Multimax

It's easy to whinge about bad service but sometimes it's harder to remember to praise good service. So thanks to Multimax for its excellent service. I lost my internet connection yesterday, the help centre staff were polite, helpful and efficient, and this morning the technical guy turned up to sort things out, I think the splitter had carked it. Whenever I've had problems - and these are mercifully few - Multimax has sorted them out promptly. And when it was a matter of a loose plug (going a bit red), the guy was very polite and didn't roll around on the floor laughing his head off and shouting "techie nerds"! Great service, can't praise them enough and I'm really pleased I switch to them.

Yep, me too, lost our internet yesterday, called them and carried out the checks they sked me to do, Tech came out today and just refitted the optic plug 2 minutes done and back on line.
