Anyone know of someone reliable and English speaking who could repair a leaking solar panel?

Hi, from my experience a year ago.... Leaking solar panel no1, strapped it out of circuit, 6 months later panel no 2 started to leak, signs of the whole system is shot. Basically rusted through as it is not an "indirect" system like in the Uk with a separate primary circuit filled with a rust inhibitor.
I think when your system starts to leak it is time to consider replacing it wholesale with a new one using the latest imported components.
Mr Pipe is Ok.
Expect to pay around £1,600 for a total system replacement .
