Residency Renewal

About to renew residency - would like confirmation of what the latest rules / requirements are if anyone has done this in the past few weeks. i.e. Documents required, which documents can be presented as copies, cost, stamps required etc.... Thank you.

Muktah Letter.
Copy of passport.
Copy of last residency stamp in passport.
Copy of Kocan or contract.
Copy of bank statement/s.
Copy of marriage certificate (if married).
Blood test (if under 60).

At lefkosa you will need 8.5 TL stamp and the cost is 216TL for one year.
