any shops to buy thread and buttons and wool near catalkoy?

Does any one know of any shops around or near catalkoy that sell things like wool thread buttons and accessories for sewing and knitting?

You can get knitting wool in the small shop in Catalkoy village near to the beledeye offices.Its the one you have to go up steps to enter. Needles and thread in china bazaar I think.

The very best shop to buy any haberdashery or knitting wool is situated just off Tin Pan Alley - in the centre of Girne. Take first right then into the complex of small local shops to the right off this street - shop is about half way down usually has baskets of wool and fabrics outside

Yes I would be interested as well. I tried the shop off tin pan alley but they don't have the colour thread that I want. I guess it will have to be a trip to Lefkosa unless there is anywhere else around Girne

There is a small shop actually down the high street on the left hand side. It has wool in the window and at the back he has threads and needles etc. I cannot remember the exact location but it is after the crossroads (banks on the corners). Hope this helps.

Thanks to every ones replies and i know the ones in girne and i can never seem to find what i want in them BUt if there isnt any around near catalkoy then i suppose i will have to have another look in them shops also does any one know were i can by batting material??
