Hi,

Anyone know of a good reliable repair person?

I don't think it's broken-just clogged up with muck from the water tank and general limescale etc.

Try 'Mr repair Man' on the main Rd in karakum-there have been good reports on here.

Arcelik have an excellent after sales/repair service, regardless of whether the machine is old or not they will come out, usually within 2 or 3 days and repair the machine, I have always found them very reliable and their prices are very reasonable.

I have had Arcelic out too and they are very helpful and reasonable.

I called the Arcelik service people. They came when they said they would, had a look and told me that the machine was ok but problems were caused by water pressure.

One of them speaks broken but understandable english, they were extremely polite and there was no call out charge.

I only use Arcelic now, 3 separate callouts in 2 years, on time, reasonable prices and no nonsense, if it is operator error (too much powder or unbalanced load that has tripped the machine into safe mode) they tell you.
