Car radio looked at... Where ??

Hi

Does anybody know where I can get my car radio looked at, it's a touch screen panel dvd/music cd,
It has problems and needs replacing or something simular.
We can't take it out to look as its fitted in properly in the car when the car was bought from canger 3
Years ago.
