House and walls included on your Kocan - Please Help

Hi Guys
I know it could be old tat but, has anyone experience of getting a 'body' 'company'etc absolutely trustworthy person doing the( house drawn on the Kocan )without having to actually being there( me) in North Cyprus for every step of the way? Or how often should I be there to oversee things.

Could help if we know where you are at.

1 Do you have your land kocan
2 Do you have your building permission from the Kymakam
3 Do you have the final approval from them?
4 Do you have a copy of the folder with all these?

Once we have established this it is possible to move forward

Thanks for that JONNIE - I could answer all of that but not in an open forum - I am looking for advice from like souls on how they found the experience. However thanks for your reply

If it was me I would over see all. If you want something doing to you own standards then do it your self .
