We had a problem with our internet. We rang the Multimax call center and the guy tried to fix the problem over the phone, but this did not work. He said he would send his guys out. The guys came next day and problem now sorted. Well done Multimax on a great service. Thanks.

I have to agree, we have been with Multimax since we moved house in October. In that time we have had a very good connection and mostly excellent speed. On the odd occasion that it has gone down,a call to the help desk usually puts it right within minutes. We were with our previous provider for several years and, partly due to a faulty adsl line, we were without internet for longer that we were with it. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Multimax. Well done!

Credit where credit is due. Since our "upgrade" the TV has behaved itself, the internet is great. It's easy to complain when things are not right but, we are happy with NTV and Multimax, thank you.

Been with Multimax 18 months now and am pleased to say I am happy with speed, delivery and customer service, in fact my speed is better than my daughter gets in 'silicone valley'. Sad thing is people are very happy to complain via a forum but not so eager to praise. I am HAPPY with Multimax and have NO intention to look elsewhere, THANK YOU MULTIMAX. As far as I am concerned you are the BEST.x

As with so many things, people only tend to voice an opinion to complain. I also have been with Multimax for about 18 months and can truthfully say it's an excellent internet provider with excellent service.

only been with MM for two months and had problems initially, Now, it's the best ISP here, IMHO.
Wife watches all the soaps with hardly any "freezing".
