How to block incoming messages from Turkcell sim card?

Every morning for months now I am getting messages from 'BILGIPAKETI', whatever that is. Does anyone know how to block these messages please?

ring 533 on your mobile and press number for english speaking customer services representative. They'll ask you a few personel details then deal with it there and then. Had mine cancelled this morning

Thanks, I've just tried that. I got as far as pressing 9 for English then everything she is saying is in Turkish?

It's like an inverted 6
